During the last month, Shabla municipality approved four projects for change of use of agricultural land near Shabla and the villages of Gorichane, Prolez and Gorun for construction of wind generators. Two generators will be constructed near Shabla on 21,243 m². In the village of Gorichane the total area of land used for wind generators is 132,615 m² and in the village of Prolez it is 73,018 m². Wind generators are planned to be built on 33,333 m² in the village of Gorun. The initiative is by the persons and companies which own properties in these settlements. The decision to change the land use is final and it is not subject to appeal. It is published in the Official Gazette issue 8 from 30.01.2009.
