During the parliamentary control the Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev announced the creation of a new register, which will improve control over attempts for property fraud. The Prime Minister explained that in recent years serious attacks upon property are being reported. He specified that the special way of carrying out such acts characterizes them as document fraud and crime. By law, the National Security Agency has a commitment to monitor such crimes. They are particularly serious because they affect the fundamental rights of citizens, he said. According to the Prime Minister strengthening criminal liability to such crimes could become a prevention against them. This year there will be planning controls on the real estate fraud.
