The new cadastre plan for "Odessos" region in Varna was approved with Order (№ RD-18-98 from the 10th of Nov. 2008) of the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency, promulgated in the National Gazette on the 6th of Jan. 2009. It does not concern Varna railway station, 11, 12 and 14 micro regions. Every owner of a real estate in this district may check at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre office in Varna if the information about his/her property is published correctly. In case of mistakes in the property size or borders, the owners have the right to appeal to Varna administrative court within 30 days after the order is promulgated in the National Gazette. The cadastre map comes into effect after the period of 30 days for all owners whose properties are not affected by the appeals to the court.
