The Council of ministers allowed 1224.650 decare of land, of which 825.103 decare farmland fourth category, to be included in the regulation plan of Plovdiv. New detailed development plan - a plan for regulation and construction of neighborhoods "Ostromila” and “Belomorski" will be developed according to the general development plan (Master Plan) of Plovdiv. There are no drinking water sources, historic monuments and preserved areas in the territory which will be used for new constructions.
