The cadastre map for Bourgas is approved on the grounds of art. 49, par. 1 from the Law on the cadastre and property registry. The order for approval can be appealed in court within 30 days after it is published in the State Gazette (until 13.04.2009). After the term for appeal expires, the cadastre map comes into effect for the properties which are not affected by the appeals.
