The services provided by “GeoImot” Ltd are directly related to the Bulgarian administration. We mediate between persons and companies owners of real estates and the local institutions responsible for the completion of the following projects:

Change of use of agricultural land and exclusion of forests from the forestry fund – this procedure is necessary when the owners of a relevant property want to construct buildings not related to the use of agricultural land such as constructing residential buildings, warehouses, trade centers, factories, windmills, etc on the land.

Preparation of Detailed Layout Plan (PUP) for regulation and construction on landed estates – the detailed layout plan is obligatory for investment projects. It is used for regulation of properties which have not been regulated with previous detailed layout plans.

Obtaining a plan for a real estate – this document is needed in case of a purchase/sale of a property; to start a procedure to change the use of agricultural land or regulation; to obtain a building permit; in case of property disputes, etc.

Tracing a real estate – it is needed when a property owner wants to mark the exact borderlines of the property.
